Denda was the young Namekian child that Gohan and Krillin saved from Dodoria's attack on planet Namek.
Denda become a friend if Gohan and Krillin and even took them to the eldest Namek, Guru, that unleashed their true powers. Denda eventually took apart in the battle against Freeza and saved all of the wariors life with his healing abillity, he paid a serious cost when Freiza transform into his last form and killed him with a single shot.
